TruckCare – The right spare parts quickly and reliably
TruckCare is a service developed for the efficient use of heavy vehicles, enabling transport operators to improve the efficiency of their fleet. Its simple aim is to reduce workshop days and keep trucks on the road making money.
This is achieved by anticipating necessary maintenance in good time and ensuring that the right spare parts are available quickly when they are needed.
The service can be linked to a self-storage facility, so that the customer always has access to a basic stock of the most essential service parts at the workshop.
With TruckCare, downtime and unexpected repair needs are reduced. This saves costs and improves fleet productivity.
1. PLANNING
A survey of the customer's fleet and vehicle-specific maintenance plans are drawn up, together with an inventory of the spare parts most likely to be needed.
2. IMPLEMENTATION
Build a customer's own stock based on the inventory. The customer pays for the parts according to actual usage.
3. MONITORING AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTION
Continuous monitoring of the stock and reporting to the customer on a regular basis with recommendations for improvement.
