BussiPro is investing in the development of its maintenance services by establishing an entirely separate company for them. The new company is named BP Huoltopalvelut Oy. The company's target audience consists of all land-based machinery and mining equipment. This arrangement allows operations to become even more streamlined, efficient, and fast. These qualities are essential for BussiPro to remain at the forefront as a leading expert in heavy equipment service and maintenance.

Constantly evolving and increasingly complex technical solutions require both modern equipment and expertise. By operating as a dedicated company, more resources can be allocated to developing both of these areas, while also expanding the existing partner network. Today, this partner network already spans widely across Finland. In the coming years, the network will be brought even closer to customers by increasing the number of service points and improving service availability.

For a long time, BussiPro has been evolving from a mere spare parts supplier into a partner that supports customer fleet maintenance and vehicle lifecycle cost management. Examples of this approach include the BusCare, TruckCare, and FireCare concepts. For vehicles covered by these systems, we can not only repair broken parts but also predict upcoming maintenance and repair needs, ensuring that the fleet operates as efficiently as possible.

First and foremost, the new company will expand its maintenance offerings for fire suppression systems. In the future, BussiPro and its partners will service various other fire suppression systems, even though Reacton will remain the company’s officially represented brand.

Diagnostics for auxiliary heaters will also be expanded. With the help of new equipment, the functionality of the most common auxiliary heating systems can be analyzed in a much more versatile and comprehensive manner.

BussiPro’s glass service, which has been continuously developed throughout the company's history, also continues to grow. This service covers buses, heavy equipment, machinery, and motorhomes.

BussiPro’s established international network helps find solutions to meet customer needs – we never want to turn a customer away empty-handed! Supported by its partner network, the new maintenance company will be able to take an even more comprehensive responsibility for component analytics, installing new parts, and maintaining customer fleets.
